Kathleen Marie TVerificada Amazing !! Took the flight from Pisco Airport as an excursion on Fred Olsen cruise. It was not cheap but a once in a lifetime experience for me. Nine passengers on the Aircraft pilot and co pilot who gave us information when we arrived over the Nazca Lines. Using my I phone I took shots as directed but was unable to look clearly as we approached each feature. I just shot continuously! It was a bumpy ride with banking to give passengers on both sides an opportunity to see the lines covered. None of us suffered from motion sickness. I was thrilled when I subsequently went through my pictures and examined them by zoom and cropping as required! I had managed to cover all of those we flew over. For me well worth the cost and exceeded my expectations . traveliguanaVerificada Prepare yourself! This is NOT a normal flight to Nazca lines, when you reach the first line, just prepare yourself some extreme manuveur to see from right and left. Extreme flight but if can enjoy some extreme movement it worth it! Andres RVerificada Gran experiencia. Ontario76Verificada Good flight with above average bouncing if you are only experienced with larger planes. Views are good, but not perfect This was a flight to overfly the Nazca Lines. It was booked as a Princess Cruises excursion. The plane was 10-12 passengers and had a few empty seats at the back. This is seating 2 wide with a center aisle - everyone gets a window seat. Some of the seats nearer the front have more obstructed views due to wing struts and wheels. The airport outside San Martin/ Pisco we took off from was huge and modern for the small amount of traffic. Flight to the lines was half an hour or so, giving an overview of the very dry countryside with ribbons of green along waterways, green irrigated areas, flanked by dry small dunes and rocks. A good view of the Pan American highway. Once over the Nazca Lines, the pilots flew back and forth across then to give everyone a good view. The handout with the diagrams helped so we knew what to expect. The overfly part happens a bit quicker than preferred since you are adjusting to what to look for and where. But there is Google afterwards too! You will certainly get the feel for the size and spacing. Things I would recommend: take the earliest trip in the day since the ground will be less heated and your flight smoother. Make sure your ears are clear and use decongestants if in doubt. You will be going up and down enough to need easy pressure equalization in the ears. Be prepared for air sickness - several on our trip got it from the twisting and turning as well as up and down. Pay attention to the landscape on the way to and from the Nazca Lines since it is very different from most areas I'm familiar with too. Prefer seats further back if possible, for the better view.La evaluación general en Tripadvisor es 3.9 de 5, en base a 65 reseñas
